Special Paint Spraying Treatment
Before painting, every submersible water pump goes through a unique cleaning step: our workers manually brush the pump body with a special water-based solution to remove any fine dust or fibers. This ensures a smooth, spotless surface so the coating can stay firmly and look perfect after spraying.
After pre-cleaning, the pumps are sprayed automatically by machine, and a final manual touch-up with detailed inspection to ensure a flawless finish.

Place the pump fully underwater, connect it to the power supply, and make sure the outlet hose is positioned correctly. Switch it on, and it will start pumping automatically.
It works by using a sealed motor to drive the impeller, and pushes water upward through the outlet pipe while the whole unit stays underwater.
Lower the pump into the well using a pipe or rope, connect the power cable and outlet pipe securely, and make sure all joints are sealed. Then connect it to the power supply for operation.
